| The BTU contracts provide for a voluntary Sick Leave Bank for employees covered under the current contracts for EPs (Article 23-R), ESPs (Article 12-O), and TSPs (Article 15-R). To be eligible to withdraw sick bank days, an employeed must exhaust available accrued leave time. For additional requirements, please consult your applicable contract as well as the below links. |
